“Wake up with determination. Go to bed with satisfaction.” The quotation highlighted determination as you wake up. Determination is the firmness of purpose; probably a person wakes up for a purpose and abruptly the purpose is to chase the dreams and by waking up with determination I swear a person can sleep with satisfaction.
This must be the line that comes first to our minds, knowing that majority of us are tired of waking up early and that must be the reason of energy loss. When someone loss energy, they are not mindful. Being mindful will increase the odds that you will feel good, more productive and I says, end up his/her day with satisfaction and or happiness.
There are 5 things to achieve in the morning in order to end up a happier day:
Meditate – it is to train the mind or inducing into a mood of consciousness, to realize some benefit for the mind. Sometimes meditation is a struggle to control the mind, and the other feels effortless. Meditating improved concentration, you are not bothered by little things, have a better health and knowledge to self.
Stretch – it’s not easy to include exercises in your daily routine though, but as a matter of fact it is important to have short muscle stretching. For it can improve circulation, reduces stress, increases flexibility and improves posture.
Hydrate – water has the biggest percentage in our body and obviously we body needs liquid. Better to drink water in the morning and it must be the first thing to do. It will leave you less hungry and reduces headache.
Listen to Music – listening to music will fill your day with happiness. It can change your mood and increase yourself awareness.
Smile – always start your day with a smile. Smiling can lead you to positivity and can make you prettier, makes you more approachable and more trustworthy.
