Gaining energy can be done through meditation and yoga. Meditating is for the mind, and to gain the full energy, the body needs some movements. Giving a little time in the morning for you in meditating and having yoga is the best.

It improves your flexibility, builds muscle strengths, perfects your posture, prevents cartilage and joint breakdown, protects your spine, and etc. there are many benefits that you can have in doing yoga but I have just stated only five. I guess everyone wants a healthy living, start to include some energy gaining moves in your morning routine then.
