School is back and students are too. Being a student has its own difficulties and one of them is managing time. Time for what? Well, literally everything! Don’t know how to manage your time? If not, then here are some fail-safe tips just for you.
- Establish Your Priorities. Remember the very reason why you are in school as of the moment. Learn to know which are more important and more practical rather than wasting your time over nothing. It doesn’t mean that you can’t have fun, of course you can but you have to focus on which comes first.
- Know Thyself. In establishing your priorities know what your strength and weaknesses are. Thus, you can focus on your strength and contemplate on how to improve your weakness.
- Be Healthy and Get Enough Sleep. Studying and studying won’t just do. Every little detail you have studied are useless if you lack sleep. Create a healthy routine for your body and most importantly, for your brain.
- Be Flexible. When the going gets tough the tough gets going. It simply means that you have to embrace every situation and be flexible. Take it as a part of improving your weaknesses.
- Never Waste Time. Study earlier. Make those reflections papers earlier. Do not procrastinate. Procrastination always leads to disaster.
- Know When Is The Time For Survival. When midterms and finals are fast approaching, it is best to know when is the time to study and prepare yourself for battle and the time to lay back and relax. Put them on schedule and on your calendar.
- Know When is The Time for Celebration. Of course, a life of a student is not complete without the parties, but there is always time for everything. So if it is time to study then study, but if it is time for a party then go party. Simple.
- Learn to Compromise. Learn to say no and to balance everything. It might be hard, but it’ll pay off in the future.
